Library
The IIT Delhi Library System comprises of a Central Library and 18
departmental libraries that collectively support the teaching,
research and extension programmes of the Institute. The Central
Library houses a total collection of over three lakh documents comprising
of books, theses, journals, video cassettes and compact discs in the
fields of science, engineering, humanities, literature and management.
Facilities:
1. Excess books.
2. For borrowing the books, you need to deposit security amount of Rs. 5000.
SAC Facility
The Student Activity Center or SAC is a part of the Student Recreation
Zone in IIT Delhi. The SAC is for the extracurricular activities of the
students. The SAC consists of a gymnasium, swimming pool, pool and
billiards rooms, squash courts, table tennis rooms, a badminton court,
a music room, a fine arts room, a robotics room and a committee room
used to organise quizzing and debating events. The SAC also has an
Open Air Theater where concerts are hosted.

Convocation Hall
In order to organize any student activity, presentation or discussion,
alumni can use two convocation halls:
1. Dogra Hall
2. Seminar Hall
Alumni are offered these halls at 15% of the usual charges.
Faculty Guest House
In order to provide accommodation to the faculty members of other IIT's,
Educational Institutions, Student Guardians etc. the institute runs
two Guest Houses which has 46 rooms and 12 rooms respectively.

Outstation Alumni can avail accommodation in Faculty Guest House at below mentioned rates:
1. SINGLE ROOM (With AC)-Rs.1500/- PER DAY
2. DOUBLE ROOM (With AC)-Rs.1800/- PER DAY
Family Celebration
Arrangements could also be made for family celebrations of alumni.
